11 years ago Lisa was my make up teacher at New a College Stamford. As soon as we met we got on like a house on fire. She was amazing, funny, cool and SO fashionable. After I left college we remained good friends and she often asked me to help her out with her classes which I did, gladly. She told me it was because I was ‘beautiful’. We would have a good laugh, occasionally shared lunch together and then did mine and my wife’s make up for our wedding. I wouldn’t have chosen anyone else. We had our little boy, who Lisa adored and then eventually had our little girl, who was born very early and very poorly. Lisa stood by me every step of the way, was always sending me positive vibes and inspirational quotes. Eventually my daughter came home from the hospital and Lisa was the top of the list to visit. The news of her death has shattered us as a family. She was such a kind, caring, funky and beautiful person. I will miss her dearly ❤️ - Emma Maskery
